Legal Receptionist

Job Description

The Gasper Law Group has an opening for the position of Legal Receptionist.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

· Front desk and phone reception

· Processing Payments

· Administration Tasks

· File Storage Organization

· Attorney / Paralegal Assigned Projects

· Scanning, attaching, and filing client documents

· Taking client phone calls / questions, sending internal messages, noting in case management software

· Document assembly (Trial Exhibits; Client Notebooks; Labeling; Organizing Documents)

· Receiving and processing delivered documents (from Client / OP / OC)

· Soft collections

Skills Required:

· Customer service experience

· Organizational skills

· Multi-phone line operating skills

· Experience with Microsoft platforms

Bilingual skills preferred but not necessary.

Full-time position with an hourly rate of $15.16 to $17.00 based on experience and qualifications. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8AM-5PM and Friday, 8AM – 3PM.
