Job Overview Engineers are essential to maintain safety and service quality of Starwood Hotels properties. The role includes troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and structural repairs as part of a 24‑hour operation. Responsibilities Perform daily maintenance and repairs (HVAC, dry‑wall, plumbing, electrical). Ensure property and surrounding grounds are secure and in working condition. Respond to guest and crew requests promptly and maintain a professional, accommodating demeanor. Coordinate preventive maintenance and assist in troubleshooting safety and mechanical issues. Qualifications Minimum 2‑year experience in repairs/maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems. EPA 608 Certification required. Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
