This medical center operates under a CRNA-only group practice model, providing autonomous anesthesia care delivery across a range of surgical specialties within an organized operating room program. The facility maintains established perioperative workflows and a collaborative clinical environment designed to support quality patient care. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address staffing needs across the identified assignment dates.

Northern Montana offers a range of outdoor and cultural activities suited to varied interests, including access to Glacier National Park, Yellowstone National Park, and the Museum of the Rockies. Clinicians on assignment may explore scenic drives, hiking, rafting, and fishing along the Yellowstone River, as well as nature and wildlife experiences throughout the region. Year-round recreational opportunities are available, from skiing and snowshoeing in winter to biking and paddleboarding in warmer months.

Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Montana, working 5x8 shifts Monday through Friday with an 8-hour daily guarantee and the possibility of early release on select days. The surgical case mix includes general, OB, podiatry, and orthopedic procedures, serving patients across all age groups. Call coverage is required on a 1:4 rotation. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for all clinicians considered for this role.
