Remote Senior Clinical Compliance Lead - Infusion

Salary: $130,000–$145,000+ (negotiable based on experience and licensure) Bonus: 10% annual performance bonus Location: Remote – Southeast U.S. with 20% travel. Summary Our client is seeking an experienced infusion professional to advise healthcare organizations across Ambulatory Infusion Centers (AICs), home infusion, and specialty pharmacy . This role combines infusion operations, pharmacy, ACHC accreditation, compliance, and technology . The ideal candidate understands how pharmacy, nursing, AIC operations, and systems work together to build and improve successful infusion programs. What You'll Do Advise clients on AIC, home infusion, specialty pharmacy, compliance, quality, and operational improvement. Lead ACHC accreditation and reaccreditation readiness, including mock surveys, corrective actions, and responses to findings. Develop policies, procedures, SOPs, and operational workflows from the ground up. Assess infusion operations and recommend improvements to pharmacy workflows, documentation, quality, compliance, and processes. Support new program launches, expansions, and infusion EMR implementations or migrations. Partner with pharmacy, nursing, operations, and leadership teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions. What You Bring 5+ years of infusion industry experience across operations, pharmacy, accreditation, compliance, or quality. Direct AIC experience plus home infusion and/or specialty pharmacy experience. Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and their integration with nursing and AIC operations. Hands-on ACHC accreditation experience. Experience developing policies and procedures from scratch. Experience with infusion technology such as WeInfuse, CareTend, and/or CPR+. Ability to assess operations and translate findings into practical client recommendations. Experience with EMR implementation, migration, workflow design, or optimization. Multi-site infusion experience and knowledge of NICA standards. Must possess a valid clinical license. Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Pharmacist/PharmD, or Pharmacy Technician are all acceptable.
