Premium Sales & Service Coordinator

Job TitleVenue: SNHU Arena – Manchester, NHEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as a liaison between Premium Clients and Ticket Holders and the venue hospitality team.Act as the initial point of contact for Premium Clients' needs, escalating to the appropriate team member as needed.Collaborate with the Director of Finance to oversee the proper distribution of invoices.Provide ticketing support to Premium Clients.Assist in customer service-related inquiries.Create and distribute Premium Seating contracts.Ensure Premium Clients and Ticket Holders receive all event credentials (tickets, parking passes, etc.) in a timely manner ahead of each event.Maintain tracking documents within premium and partnershipsEnsure suits are ready for premium clients on a show-by-show basisAssist with website updates, show announcements, graphics, social media, presentation decks, marketing materials.Assist with creating graphics, edits, and other promotional materialsAll other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include supervising part-time event staff on occasion.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
