HealthPlus is assisting a healthcare group with locations in Midland, MI that is looking for an outpatient primary care physician to join their team. Find more details below:

Locations: Alma, Clare, Midland, Bay City

Start date: ASAP

Preferred schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5 or flexibility in non-traditional hours as well.

Background and Certifications required: BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Typical Primary Care duties

On call: 1:3 Phone call shared with family medicine providers

Full Support staff

Patient Load: To be discussed with group

EMR: Epic

Credentialing: 90-120 days could be sooner

Compensation: Base Salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan - to be discussed directly with clinic
