CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift

This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC production machines to manufacture parts that meet customer orders. Experience preferred. We offer a competitive shift differential for applicable schedules, along with overtime opportunities based on business needs. Job Duties Maintain production equipment to meet customer orders. Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, material specifications, drawings, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting dimensions and tolerances. Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturers instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions. Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Maintain production and quality records. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Skills and Knowledge Basic math. Basic knowledge of G and M codes. Utilize various measuring gauges. Attention to detail and communication skills, oral and written. Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years experience as a CNC machine operator. Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications. Compensation Local Pay Range: $20 - $27 USD.
