Job Details:

Job Title: Step down Registered Nurse

Location: Florence, SC

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 47.01 - 49.36

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly.

Requirements: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start, ACLS, BLS

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for step-down unit patients during night shifts.
• Monitor patient vital signs and recognize early signs of deterioration.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately within the Epic system.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including floating between units or sister facilities.
