- Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician
- Location: Kansas City
- Pay: $20-22/hr
- Schedule: M - F from 8am to 5pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Opportunity Type: Contract - to - Hire and Contract
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including:
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Appliance diagnostics and repair
- Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep
- Assist with unit turns and make - ready preparation
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail - oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
