Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Home Health Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled physical therapy under the direction of a licensed PT and in line with the physician's plan of care
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises to build mobility, strength, balance, and function
• Track and document patient progress toward treatment goals
• Teach patients and caregivers safe techniques and home exercise programs
• Complete clinical notes and progress reports accurately and on time
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and caregivers as part of a coordinated care team
• Take part in case conferences and care planning as needed

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active PTA license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Home health, rehab, or skilled nursing experience a plus, not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
