About the Role

Farmers Insurance District 20 is hiring insurance sales representatives to help individuals, families, and business owners across the DFW Metroplex find the right coverage. You'll sell and service home, auto, life, and business insurance, working with clients to understand their needs and match them to the right policies.

This is a client-facing sales role with steady day-to-day work: talking to prospects, quoting policies, closing business, and taking care of the customers you bring on. We'll provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Sell home, auto, life, and business insurance to new and existing clients
• Respond to leads and follow up with prospects
• Quote policies and present coverage options
• Answer client questions and handle policy changes and service requests
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
• Keep accurate records and maintain your book of clients

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable talking to customers and asking for the sale
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Organized, with good follow-through
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• A current insurance license, or willingness to obtain one (we'll help you through the process)
