Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.The Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking experienced and motivated Process Manufacturing Engineers to help develop and drive continuous improvements in all aspects of productionWhat You Will Do:Own all technical aspects of the assigned manufacturing area. Coordinate with machine tool builders on technical requirements.Work with vendors on durable and perishable tool design.Write part specific CNC programs when needed and support production implementation.Develop detailed work instructions for processes within designated area.Participate in PPAP/MRL activities related to assigned manufacturing area.Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and support improvements in cell layouts.New capital implementationNew part introductionCreate data visualizations and data reportsQualifications You Must Have:Bachelor’s degree in engineering technical field or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or 3 with advanced degree in engineering technical field orExperience managing capital equipment projectsExperience managing new part and process implementationsExperience with machining process developmentHands on manufacturing know-how and advanced problem-solving skills are a must for this position.Ability to work and effectively communicate with all levels of management, shop personnel and customers.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Qualifications We Value:Cooling hole production experience8+ years of experience in a precision manufacturing environment.Broad knowledge of the Aerospace Industry and experience in Turbine Engine parts manufacturing.Experience with Minitab, Power BI, Ignition & PythonExperience leveraging generative AI assistants as a force multiplier6 sigma Green Belt or Black BeltExperience in using UG/NX, and Team Center software suitesPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
