Your Role

The Nurse Manager will operate both independently and collaboratively within hospital and corporate frameworks to ensure the delivery of efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality patient care. This position entails managing departmental operations, overseeing scheduling, and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment for patient services. You will also be responsible for staff recruitment, disciplinary actions, and conducting annual performance evaluations. In this capacity, you will serve as a clinical expert in nursing while aligning with the mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives of our organization.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Nurse Manager is essential.
• Preferred experience of 3 to 5 years in Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Interventional Radiology.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Must hold current certifications as mandated by the department.
• Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas is necessary.

About Our Facility

Our medical center is situated on a sprawling 40+ acre campus near Dallas Parkway and will be the first full-service hospital in the Celina area, catering to the local community and its surroundings. The four-story facility will initially offer 51 beds, with plans for future expansion, and will provide a variety of services including cardiology, women's health, orthopedics, robotic surgery, and more. Additionally, the campus will feature a 40,000-square-foot medical office building.
