The days can be flexible and include alternating half days (AM/PM) ; 10-12 hours monthly and additional hours are possible Responsibilities Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans Treatment and Rehab: Administer effective and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual techniques and modalities to help patients recover and improve their physical function Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery Progress Tracking: Regularly evaluate and modify treatments plans based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring optimal outcomes Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records into EHR in a timely manner, complying with all legal and ethical standards Collaboration: Work as a team and closely with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team including physicians, nurses, providers and other ancillary staff in order to provide comprehensive patient care. Refer patients to medical and other specialties Requirements: Must have a valid Physical Therapy License in the state of FL.
