At the heart of our success is an Identity and Access Management practice of 180 experts. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Senior Manager Build to drive operational and human excellence in this area.

Main Activities of the Position:

Operational and Strategic Management

• Manage a portfolio of Build projects (IGA, AM, PAM, CIAM) from A to Z.
• Ensure profitability and billing follow-up.
• Contribute to the growth strategy of the IN pole in liaison with the BUILD pole manager.
• Ensure reporting activities.

Leadership & Management

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of consultants (from junior to senior).
• Conduct career follow-ups and promote professional development of your team members.
• Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and performance within the team through work workshops.

Commercial Development

• Identify new opportunities with existing clients.
• Present Build IAM offers during technical support and pre-sales phases.
• Collaborate with market partners (SailPoint, Memority, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Okta).

Profile Sought

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT team management (in an ESN context), with a marked specialization in IAM and successful experience in managing teams on a fixed-price basis.
• Expertise in IAM solutions (SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity…) is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Communication with various stakeholders (technical, business, management).
• Good level of English (meetings, reports, international project team).
• Excellent communication, team spirit, and ability to adapt.
