Assistant Manager – Micheal Development
Location: Baxter, MN

Job Summary

Micheal Development is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager for 254 apartment units in Baxter, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have leasing experience or a strong customer service background, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to residents and prospective tenants.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with marketing the property and generating prospective resident leads.
• Conduct outreach to prospective tenants.
• Show available apartments and complete the leasing process.
• Help prospective residents find the apartment that best fits their needs.
• Address resident concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Interact with residents and coordinate maintenance work orders.
• Follow up with prospective residents and leasing leads.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and maintaining resident files.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment management / leasing experience preferred, or exceptional customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred but not required.

Salary Range : $24-26 per hour

Benefits: Earned Sick & Safe Time, 401(k) available after 90-days of employment

Average of 25-30 hours per week.
