The Senior Project Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. This role requires a proven ability to define project scope, develop detailed schedules and budgets, and manage cross-functional resource plans. The Senior Project Manager ensures successful project outcomes through proactive risk management, effective resource allocation, and consistent status reporting to stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and aligning project execution with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily management of multiple projects or larger scale, complex projects
• Managing project scope, schedule, and budget over the project lifecycle
• Creating detailed project schedule, managing project resources, and forecasting resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle
• Creating and managing project budget, providing regular financial updates, as well as forecasted project spend vs. actuals reconciliation.
• Performing effective risk management and mitigation activities across all assigned projects
• Performing resource management and effectively forecasting and allocation project-level resources
• Reviewing and managing change management activities across all assigned projects
• Preparing and presenting project status reporting to project stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborating successfully with a variety of project, business, and technology stakeholders
• Facilitating support transition and project closure activity steps
• Advocating for strong project management principles and driving adherence to the project management lifecycle

Basic & Preferred Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, Master's degree a plus
• 5 years' experience as Program or Project Manager, preferably in a technology environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• PMP preferred
• Proven leadership as a Sr. Project Manager with strong project management experience on large, complex projects
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Ability to work globally and with a wide range of individuals
• Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to problem-solve effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite, portfolio management software (preferably ServiceNow).

Pay Rate or Range: $117,060.00 - $175,600.00
