Summary

We are seeking a Concrete Laborer to join our team in the construction field. This role is essential to our mission of delivering high-quality construction services while fostering a collaborative and enjoyable workplace. The position is based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pouring and finishing concrete for various projects
• Prepare and clean work sites before and after concrete placement
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Operate basic construction equipment as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
• Monitor and adjust daily tasks based on the production schedule
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Read, interpret, and ensure adherence to blueprints, elevations, plans, and specifications
• Assist with layout and ensure proper placement and alignment of forms, footings, and structures
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, including advanced knowledge of concrete paving, tools, formwork systems, and equipment
• Proven experience in construction site work, particularly with concrete
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Knowledge of quality control processes in construction
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Basic understanding of project scheduling and estimating is preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude towards work
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as required
