This is an exciting opportunity to influence product quality, customer satisfaction, operational performance, and the professional growth of a talented team.If you are a collaborative leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, driving continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams, we would love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs the Site Quality Leader, you will:Lead and Develop TalentInspire, coach, and develop a team of quality professionals and laboratory staff.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and open communication.Drive employee development through performance management, career planning, and regular feedback.Drive Quality ExcellenceLead, maintain, and continually improve the site Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001:2015. Ensure products meet customer specifications through effective quality controls, testing, release processes, and complaint management. Develop and deploy quality planning strategies that advance business objectives and customer satisfaction.Establish, monitor, analyze, and communicate key quality performance metrics. Champion Continuous ImprovementLead troubleshooting efforts and continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and quality improvement initiatives.Support yield improvement, process optimization and prevention of recurring quality issues.Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities to improve products, manufacturing processes, and business systems.Drive corrective and preventive actions that strengthen performance and prevent recurrence.Partner Across the BusinessCollaborate closely with Operations, R&D, Commercial, Technology, and Global Quality teams.Translate customer requirements into actionable quality strategies and site capabilities.Influence stakeholders across functions to support quality initiatives and operational excellence.Represent the Site ExternallyServe as the primary customer contact for escalated quality issues.Lead customer, supplier, and ISO certification audits.Represent the site with customers, regulatory agencies, governing bodies, and DuPont business leadership.What Makes This Role ExcitingBe a key member of the Site Management Team with direct influence on plant performance and strategy.Lead meaningful quality and continuous improvement initiatives that impact customers and business results.Partner closely with technical experts, R&D teams, and commercial leaders across the organization.Help shape the future of quality excellence and manufacturing performance at DuPont Multibase.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsStrong leadership skills with a passion for developing people and teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and achieving results.Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach to work.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, scientific, or management-related field.Previous supervisory or project management experience.Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or industrial laboratory environments.Experience working within manufacturing operations and quality management systems.#LI-JS1Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!DuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
