2027 MBA Intern - Product Marketing Manager

The Opportunity

As a Product Marketing Manager Intern, you will help shape strategy by understanding customers, analyzing competitors, and identifying opportunities in a changing market. You will turn insights into clear, compelling stories that connect products to customer needs and influence decisions across Adobe. You’ll work on meaningful projects alongside cross-functional teams, giving you the opportunity to make an impact, learn from experts, and grow your product marketing skills.

What You’ll Do

Research customer needs, behaviors, market trends, and competitors to uncover insights and identify opportunities. Develop positioning and messaging that clearly communicate customer value. Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Engineering to bring customer and market perspectives into strategies. Contribute to initiatives such as product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement. Use AI tools to enhance how you work, solve problems, and explore new ideas. Develop and share recommendations that influence adoption, awareness, and business decisions.

What You Need to Succeed

Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program graduating between December 2027 and June 2028. Working knowledge of AI concepts and experience using AI tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas. Creative and adaptable, with a passion for learning and trying new approaches. Collaborative attitude with the ability to build relationships across teams. Self-starter who takes initiative and can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $37.00 - $50.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
