SCHEDULE:
Monday- Friday: 8:00-1:00 and 3:15 - 6:15 PM
Milestone Achievements ABA is looking to hire a few experienced RBT (Registered Behavior Technicians)for in-home ABA therapy services in Danielsville GA. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), an RBT provides one-to-one instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related developmental disabilities within the home, school or community.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification (active)
- Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions.
- Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
- Other related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
- Personal means of transportation
- Seek feedback, supervision, and ongoing training
- Prior experience in ABA
- Compassion and patience towards children with disabilities and their families
