Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves defending and litigating a variety of employment-related claims and providing counsel to employers on labor law issues. The successful candidate will represent clients in court, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration. Duties Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges. Advise and train employers on employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court, mediations, and arbitration for employment matters. Requirements JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. 3+ years of experience in employment or commercial litigation. Employment law background strongly preferred. Current FL Bar admission in good standing. Understanding of state and federal agency procedures. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Florida Bar. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
