Conduct physical and technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation. Perform Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) inspections and TEMPEST surveys. Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements. Research and develop policy and instruction at the agency and ICD level. Job Responsibilities Conduct physical and technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities. Perform Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) inspections. Conduct TEMPEST surveys and recommend mitigations. Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements. Research and develop policy and instruction at the agency and ICD level. Basic Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Bachelor's degree with 12 – 15 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10 – 13 years of relevant experience, with the final level determined based on the skills, education, and experience of the selected candidate. Additional experience may be substituted for degree requirements. TSCM Certified with experience in TEMPEST assessments. Expert-level knowledge of radio frequencies, direction-finding procedures, wireless communications, and general TSCM procedures and processes. General knowledge of counterintelligence investigations, insider threat operations, physical security and anti‑terrorism requirements, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and IT infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in conducting radio frequency directions, finding missions to identify unauthorized transmitting devices. Experience providing technical security, subject matter expert input to designated IC working groups. Experience developing and disseminating workforce education for counterintelligence and security.
