Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement.
• Previous experience preferred, but passionate early-career professionals are welcome.
• Comfortable working across all grade levels, PreK–8; adaptable approach is essential.
• Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and supporting social-emotional learning.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.
• Flexibility with some hybrid scheduling, though the role is primarily onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, both academic and behavioral, for students in need.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Deliver direct services such as counseling, crisis intervention, and social skills training.
• Support positive behavioral programs and promote a safe, inclusive environment.
• Contribute expertise to team meetings and special education processes.
