Physical Requirements - Ability to sit, stoop, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Shift - Day shift, 8am 4:30pm

Job Summary - The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel; have high attention to detail; excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment; ability to be flexible and to learn new things quickly.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities - HIPAA, medical terminology, interpersonal skills, phone skills, keyboarding, filing, and fax machine, etc. Filing and data entry; SoftMed, medical terminology, basic mathematics; and legal requirements for Release of Information.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? - No

Preferred Education/Experience - Three or more years of employment experience in a medical facility preferred.
