What You'll Do


As an Employment Specialist, you'll play a key role in connecting job seekers with the right opportunities while supporting our client companies with their hiring needs.


Key responsibilities include:

• Interview and evaluate job seekers to match them with the right positions
• Answer incoming calls from clients and associates with professionalism and urgency
• Proactively recruit candidates through outbound calls and outreach efforts
• Build relationships with local businesses through client calls and occasional site visits
• Identify new job opportunities by connecting with prospective clients
• Conduct reference checks and verify candidate qualifications
• Assist in resolving workplace concerns and ensuring positive experiences for both clients and associates
• Visit client sites (occasionally) for job evaluations, safety walkthroughs, and relationship building

What We're Looking For


We're seeking someone who is driven, organized, and genuinely enjoys working with people.


Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Confident phone presence and professional demeanor
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document information
• Comfortable typing while conducting interviews (strong typing skills are a plus)
• Problem solving mindset with conflict resolution abilities
• Previous staffing, recruiting, or payroll experience is a bonus, but not required

Work Environment & Schedule

• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Dress Code: Business Casual
• Environment: Collaborative, high-energy team setting
