Dispatcher / Operations Support
Be the person who keeps things moving when others are off the clock!

KRE Security LLC | 24/7 Operations.

$18.00/Hour

Part-Time
Monday–Friday 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Are you someone who stays calm when things get busy, enjoys talking to people, and likes being the person others can count on?

Do you have the ability to answer a phone call at 2:00 AM, figure out what needs to happen, and calmly make it happen?

If that sounds like you, we want to meet you!

KRE Security is looking for a Dispatcher / Operations Support Team Member to join our recently reorganized Scheduling Department and Operations Team. This is a hands-on, people-focused position that combines light scheduling, site and guard monitoring, problem-solving, communication, and general operational support.

You will be the eyes and ears of KRE during non-traditional business hours . Our clients rely on us to be available 24/7, and our security officers rely on us to be there when they need assistance. This position plays an important part in making that happen.

What Will You Do?

Your nights and weekends will be anything but boring! Your responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring sites and scheduled guard coverage to help ensure everything is running as it should.

• Filling emergency and last-minute staffing needs when a guard calls off.

• Providing light scheduling support and assisting with coverage adjustments.

• Answering incoming calls and helping clients, guards, and others with general questions.

• Serving as a point of contact for guards who need assistance during their shifts.

• Helping guards with uniform and equipment needs.

• Assisting with carpooling and transportation-related needs when possible.

• Communicating schedule changes and important information to the appropriate team members.

• Identifying problems before they become bigger problems and knowing when to escalate an issue.

• Documenting important calls, changes, incidents, and follow-up items.

• Supporting the Scheduling and Operations Teams with other tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable talking to people — on the phone, through messaging, and in person.

• Calm, professional, and confident when dealing with unexpected situations.

• Computer savvy and comfortable learning scheduling, communication, and other software systems.

• Organized and able to keep track of multiple things at once.

• A good problem-solver who doesn't immediately panic when something goes wrong.

• Dependable and comfortable working independently.

• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and employees.

• Willing to ask questions when something is unclear and able to make sound decisions within their role.

• Someone who understands that in a 24/7 security operation, things don't always happen between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM!

Security or dispatch experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, communication skills, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Available Shifts

We currently have opportunities for:

Part-Time
Monday–Friday 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Team members should also have some availability to assist with coverage for vacations, call-offs, and other time-off needs when requested.

Why This Position Matters

You won't just be answering phones.

You'll be the person a guard calls when they have a question. You'll be the person who helps solve a last-minute coverage problem. You'll notice when something doesn't look right at a site. You'll help keep communication flowing between our field staff, clients, scheduling team, and operations team.

In other words, when the traditional office is closed, you're part of the team making sure KRE is still there.

Our philosophy is simple:

Security... there when others aren't.

If you're dependable, organized, comfortable with people, good with technology, and looking for a position where every shift brings something different, we'd love to hear from you!

Apply today and tell us why you'd be a great addition to the KRE team.
