2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3 PM - 11 PM
3rd Shift | Monday - Friday | 11 PM - 7 AM
(Occasional 10s + weekends as needed)

Job Duties

• Loads and unloads material onto or off truck.
• Fills out inspection sheets required by State regulations.
• Reports major problems to supervisor.
• Palletizes outgoing products.
• Maintain all equipment in your area in a clean, safe manner; report any problems to supervisor immediately.
• Obeys all safety rules Performs other incidental duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to drive fork lifts.
• Be a safe and courteous driver.
• Must be able to lift, carry and/or move heavy boxes (100+ lbs.) manually or with specified equipment.
• Preferably 2 years experience on a sit down Lp truck.
• Able to read and follow a schedule.
• Good organizational skills.
• Experience loading and unloading raw material and material on a pallet.
• Must be literate and have good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Sit Down Forklift Driver.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do


As a Sit Down Forklift Driver you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
