Pharmacy Technician in Grosse Ile, MI

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor specializing in Non-Sterile Compounding within a closed-door specialty pharmacy environment. The position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an initial 13-week assignment leading into potential permanent placement.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to protocols.
• Oversee non-sterile compounding processes, maintaining quality control and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily operations within the specialty pharmacy setting.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal policies.
• Support training and development of pharmacy technician staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a lead or supervisory pharmacy technician.
• Hands-on experience with non-sterile compounding techniques.
• Current and valid Michigan Pharmacy Technician license.
• Solid background in pharmacy technician operations within a specialty pharmacy environment preferred.
