Our agency opened in 2016 and proudly serves the Cañon City community and surrounding areas. With over 30 years of combined experience on our team, we’re dedicated to helping individuals, families, and small businesses protect what matters most.

Family is at the center of everything I do. I’m a proud spouse, parent of two, and grandparent of five. Outside of the office, I enjoy staying active through golfing, fishing, woodworking, and working out. We’re also actively involved in the community and support local organizations like the Royal Gorge Chamber Alliance and other local events.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dennis Podzemny - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
