Manpower has teamed up with top clients in the Avon and Plainfield area and we are hiring for Material Handlers who are experienced with equipment operation. You will be part of a winning and dynamic team and will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. 

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Avon, IN and Plainfield, IN 

Pay Range: $18.50 - $21.50 per hour

Shifts available:
Mon-Fri 1st shift - 7am -3pm 2nd shift - 3pm -11pm 3rd shift - 11pm -7am

What's the Job?

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to move products within the warehouse
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and promptly
• Assist in inventory management and stock organization
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols
• Support overtime work as required to meet operational demands

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 6 months of experience operating stand-up forklifts or similar equipment (Experience with any of the following - Stand Up Forklift, Reach Truck, Cherry Picker or Order Picker) required
• Ability to work overtime when necessary
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
