This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and research leadership to attract and hire top-tier talent supporting groundbreaking research initiatives. Position Description The Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for research-focused roles (including Clinical Research Coordinators, Research Assistants, Research Scientists, and Lab Technicians), develop targeted recruiting strategies, and manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle while providing market insights to stakeholders.
