The Role As our 2nd Shift Cell Leader, you won't just be managing a shift; you will be the heartbeat of our production cell! Drive Results: Review production reports, resolve operational hurdles, and optimize machine utilization to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. Master the Details: From tracking overtime and managing inventory to ensuring accurate payroll, you will be the expert in maintaining seamless operations. Solve Problems: Tackle high-level MRP inventory issues and resolve manufacturing or maintenance challenges before they even become delays. Ensure Excellence: Inspect equipment, plan production sequences, and guarantee that every product meets our rigorous quality standards.
