Quest Diagnostics - 2001 Mallory Lane - Responsibilities: Provide phlebotomy services across patient service centers and doctors' offices; Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing; Collect specimens per established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams); Enter billing information and collect payments as required; Coach, mentor, and be a resource advisor for new employees; communicate with site staff and supervisor as needed; Travel to additional doctors offices or patient service centers as needed
