Operating Room Nurse

Boulders Ambulatory Surgery Center in Richmond, VA seeks an Operating Room Nurse to provide safe, efficient perioperative care for outpatient orthopedic and spine procedures. Responsibilities include pre-op assessment, assisting with patient positioning, circulating and/or scrubbing during surgery, maintaining sterile technique, managing medications and supplies, and supporting post-anesthesia handoff. The nurse will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and clinical staff, follow all regulatory and safety standards, document accurately in the medical record, and contribute to a patient-first, team-based culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
