Branch Manager

Position Overview As a Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Cantonsville, MD. You will manage all aspects of branch performance, drive revenue, and foster a customer‑centric culture. Responsibilities Plan and execute branch operations to meet performance goals. Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and financial solutions. Create a differentiated customer experience in an omni‑channel environment. Lead and influence relationships with ecosystem partners. Account for risk management and compliance in a complex business setting. Build and develop a high‑performing team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development. Lead and execute a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty. Grow branch revenue through acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth of consumer and business households. Drive business banking results via business development and community involvement. Coach the team on consultative selling to enable customer financial well‑being. Demonstrate foundational knowledge of balance sheet and income statement. Deliver a differentiated client experience and coach staff on technology‑enabled interactions. Lead effective problem resolution to simplify banking for customers. Ensure seamless customer experience across all PNC channels. Drive the employee experience, including talent acquisition, onboarding, coaching, and development. Maintain employee performance and activity expectations through ongoing performance management. Model PNC values by cultivating an inclusive workplace. Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk. Exercise sound decision making to mitigate sales practice risk. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Qualifications 5+ years of related experience; at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Relevant product knowledge in branch banking and consumer services. Understanding of balance sheet, income statement, and operating metrics. Experience leading sales and customer experience initiatives. Strong people‑management, coaching, and talent‑development skills. Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities. Compensation Base Salary: $90,750.00 – $151,250.00. Compensation may vary by geography, market data, skills, experience, and education.
