You will be responsible for leading a team installing, updating, and performing services as needed for medical devices including infusion pumps and batteries in hospitals across the United States, while delivering exceptional customer service. Regional and National travel required./ppWhat you will be doing in the role:/pulliProvide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff./liliOrganizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products./liliConduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration./liliDocument and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support quality documentation./liliFull-time commitment requires travel locally, regionally, and nationally./liliAssignment-based schedule with 40 hour commitment per week and overtime as needed./li/ulpYou will have an opportunity to travel, grow, and expand into new opportunities while earning supplemental income and learning the medical device industry. Job Requirements:/pulliAssociate degree, or equivalent military training programs, or equivalent biomedical or technical field service experience. (3-5 years field experience)/liliStrong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot project setup, technical issues, and closeouts remotely within multiple software programs./liliProfessional business acumen and effective communication skills required./liliSelf-motivated individual who can work independently or collaboratively within a team, required./liliStrong time management and organizational skills to ensure on-time completion of project assignments./liliAn active and unrestricted driver license, and a personal vehicle for local work-related assignments./liliAbility to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 70 pounds, required./liliAbility to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including providing proof of vaccination status is required or willing to obtain if offered role./li/ulpTravel Requirement:/pulliFull-time commitment with travel flexibility./li/ululliAssignment-based schedule with 40+ hour commitment per week.
