About the Role

You'll provide professional dental care including diagnosis and treatment, while working closely with our Dental Director to develop and strengthen our community-focused dental program.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a skilled team of dental hygienists, assistants, and support staff.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions.
• Perform procedures across preventive, restorative, pediatric, prosthodontic, endodontic, surgical, and orthodontic care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes lifelong oral health.
• Support training and development initiatives within the dental program.

Education & Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Dentistry
• Licensed Dentist (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Missouri
• DEA and BNDD licenses (or ability to obtain)
• Current CPR certification
• New graduates are welcome to apply mentorship provided!
