Mortgage Partnerships Manager

To support a growing mortgage technology initiative, the full-time remote Mortgage Partnerships Manager will develop and manage strategic partnerships with POS and LOS platforms, driving integration and co-selling efforts to generate revenue. Key responsibilities Identify, prioritize, and sign partnerships with POS, LOS, and technology providers to enhance market reach Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and implement seamless integrations within partner platforms Establish co-marketing and co-selling strategies that create a qualified sales pipeline and support revenue growth Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances within fintech, SaaS, or mortgage technology Strong understanding of the mortgage technology ecosystem, particularly POS and LOS platforms Proven track record of signing and activating partnerships that lead to measurable revenue outcomes Experience in building joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling initiatives with technology partners Ability to work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams on integration projects
