Using the nursing process, the RN assesses the patient and develops an individualized plan of care. The RN evaluates the patient's response to treatment and promotes safe passage through the healthcare system. The RN delegates interventions based on regulations and the patient's condition. This role is for RNs in inpatient and outpatient departments with 24/7 staffing needs. Essential Functions of the Role: Clinical Judgment: Conducts accurate clinical assessments and prioritizes patient and family needs. Develops, implements, and evaluates the nursing plan of care.
