CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Now Hiring: Full-Time Occupational Therapist $40-$48/hourly rate

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing, therapist-led team. We serve patients through skilled nursing, memory care, assisted/independent living, outpatient, and home settings.

Requirements:

OT license in Illinois

SNF experience preferred
