Regional Recruiter: Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
Cintas Corporation
Cintas Corporation seeks a Recruiter to lead regional recruiting initiatives and partner with leadership to ensure effective, compliant hiring. You will use job boards and sourcing tools to continually build candidate pools, manage postings and staffing-system candidates, and conduct interviews to select top talent. Required 3+ years in recruiting, willingness to travel 5–10%, and a valid driver's license.
