This is an opportunity for someone who wants real ownership and the ability to make an impact—not simply maintain the status quo.Why Consider This Opportunity?You'll have the opportunity to:Lead a significant production operation within a growing manufacturing organizationDrive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and efficiencyWork directly with supervisors, operators, planning, maintenance, engineering, and leadershipInfluence manufacturing strategy and long-term operational objectivesDevelop supervisors and future manufacturing leadersHelp improve production processes, staffing, machine utilization, and resource planningWork for a company that continues to invest in its people, equipment, and facilitiesEnjoy the stability and resources of a larger organization while remaining close to the operationWhat You'll DoThe Manufacturing Manager will oversee daily production while keeping the operation focused on three priorities: Safety, Quality, and Productivity.Key responsibilities include:Direct manufacturing policies, procedures, and daily production activitiesMonitor production KPIs and take action when performance is off trackPlan manpower, machine capacity, and resources around production requirementsMaintain a visible presence on the manufacturing floor and respond to problems quicklyPartner with Planning to ensure accurate production schedulesWork with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to resolve issuesSupport process improvements, product changes, and new manufacturing initiativesEstablish performance expectations and hold teams accountableHire, coach, develop, and evaluate manufacturing personnelMaintain a strong safety culture and address hazards or deficienciesMonitor equipment and maintenance needsParticipate in longer-term operational and strategic planningWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will bring:6+ years of progressively responsible manufacturing experienceStrong knowledge of metalworking/manufacturing processesExperience in metal stamping or a related metalworking environmentPrevious supervisory or management experienceStrong understanding of production flow, quality requirements, and manufacturing KPIsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA hands-on leadership style and willingness to get involved on the floorA track record of developing people and building accountabilityStrong judgment, initiative, work ethic, and personal integrityA high school diploma plus relevant technical/vocational education or equivalent experience is preferred.
