Join Our Warehouse Team!

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced print and mail manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring materials, supplies, and inventory are received, stored, tracked, and delivered efficiently to keep production running smoothly.

This is a long-term temporary assignment with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent position for candidates who demonstrate excellent performance, reliability, and attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Store, organize, and track inventory, raw materials, and production supplies.
• Fill production material requests using written and verbal instructions.
• Safely transport materials throughout the facility using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Weigh raw materials and prepare stock for production use.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain supplies such as cartons, pallets, and other production materials.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure materials are available and production schedules are met.
• Complete inventory and shipping documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience required; OSHA forklift certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Good mathematical and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to accurately complete inventory and receiving documentation.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with production teams.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to meeting production deadlines.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.

Additional Information

• Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• In-person interview is required.

• Overtime may be required based on production demands.
