Agency Recruiter

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking an Insurance Recruiter. This is an experienced recruiter role that will be heavily focused on candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, and vetting for our client's (Insurance Agent) roles. While the work location is listed as Madison, WI, we are open to Phoenix, Denver, Minneapolis, and St. Joseph, MO as additional locations. Summary: This is an experienced role that focuses exclusive on candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, and recommendations of candidates for our client's positions. Agency Owners are independent contractors exclusive to the company that sell and service company property and casualty, life, and commercial products to our customers. Primary Accountabilities: Conduct candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, and vetting for our client's positions Develop proactive strategies to research and identify talent pools and recruiting channels to attract candidates Consult with sales division leadership throughout the recruitment process Develop strong relationships with associations, academic institutions and interest groups to support a robust experienced talent pipeline Represent the company at recruiting events and through other special projects as needed Requirements Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service Demonstrated experience and success sourcing and recruiting passive candidates for experienced and challenging to fill positions Demonstrated track record working in and across teams to identify talent needs To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions. medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
