Salary: GBP14.62 - GBP14.62 per hour Accountant / Management Accounts Assistant 3-Month FTC | £14.62 per hour | Hybrid Working | Immediate Start Our client is seeking a Accountant/ Management Accounts Assistant to join their EMEA Finance team on a 3-month fixed-term contract . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional who can quickly become productive, take ownership of their workload and support a busy finance function through a key transition period. Working in a hybrid role , you'll be responsible for a mix of finance operations and management accounting activities across multiple legal entities, whilst building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities Process Accounts Payable invoices using SAP and VIM workflows. Manage the AP inbox and resolve supplier and internal queries. Administer company credit card and expense processes. Complete balance sheet reconciliations. Process intercompany recharges and allocations. Support month-end close activities and reporting deadlines. Follow up approvals, expense claims and outstanding actions. Liaise with stakeholders across the business to obtain information and ensure deadlines are met. Support the wider finance team with ad hoc activities as required. About You Previous experience in a Finance Assistant, Assistant Accountant or Management Accounts role. Strong SAP experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA and VIM. Experience supporting month-end processes. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proactive, self-motivated and willing to take ownership of tasks. A quick learner who is comfortable asking questions and using initiative. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running , work with minimal supervision and proactively drive tasks through to completion. You'll be confident following up stakeholders for information and approvals, whilst maintaining a professional and collaborative approach.
