Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and goals
• Maintain and present valid state or federal issued photo identification at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of New Hampshire
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee on day shift
• Must carry and present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team
