Plant Manager

Core Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with current P&L ownership
Ideal Profile:
- Proven Plant Manager or senior operations leader with P&L accountability in a high-mix, process-driven manufacturing environment
- Understanding of casting, melting, and/or metallurgical processes
- Strong track record driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance in demanding production settings
- Hands-on leader with success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, 6S, and TOC to improve throughput, reduce scrap, and optimize flow
Responsibilities:
- Own P&L and drive plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Lead all site functions including operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality
- Execute daily production plans to meet throughput and customer commitments
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce cost
- Build and lead strong teams while ensuring EHS and quality compliance
Total Compensation:
- $250,000 - $325,000
