We're currently looking for a Part-Time Client Care Representative to be the friendly voice and reliable support system for our customers and technicians. What We Offer: Pay: $17.25 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM (required core hours). Additional/flexible hours may be available based on business needs and mutual agreement. Benefits: 7 Paid Holidays per year (prorated) 401(k) plan (after 1 year) What You'll Do: As our Part-Time Client Care Representative, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for customers during peak afternoon hours. You will: Schedule and coordinate service calls for our technicians Ensure technicians have the right tools, parts, and equipment for each job Keep customers informed with timely updates and clear communication Maintain accurate records and customer information Work closely with technicians, dispatch, and management Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently What We're Looking For: Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities Ability to multi-task and stay goal‑oriented in a busy environment Prior dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience (preferred) Basic bookkeeping experience Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with multi‑line phone systems Knowledge of the HVAC industry and/or Service Titan software is a big plus At 5 Star HVAC, you'll be part of a supportive, team‑oriented environment where your contributions are valued.
