About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition for Performance Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of senior and hard-to-fill roles, with a focus on affiliate and performance marketing business. This role demands an individual with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring for roles such as paid media, yield, CRO, and data science, all of which are essential for the company's mission of high-value customer acquisition at scale. The Head of Talent Acquisition will have real ownership of the recruiting function, from intake to close, and will be expected to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, as well as to create and refine the recruiting playbook. The ideal candidate will have intimate knowledge of the performance marketing industry and be adept at using a modern, AI-forward recruiting stack.
